The research topics of Prof. Yao-Joe Yang’s group (NTUME MEMS Laboratory) include the design and fabrication of nano/micro-devices, sensor arrays, smart and sustainable mechatronic system, biomedical chips, optical communication devices, MEMS/NEMS dynamics measurement techniques, MEMS EDA and so on.  Research projects on the abovementioned areas are primarily funded by the Taiwan government agents including National Science Council (NSC), Ministry of Economic Affairs, and Ministry of Education.  Also, some projects are sponsored by nonprofit organizations and private companies.  Many research results are published in prestigious conferences and journals.
